Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Photography Sessions with Chris McVade Securing Your Session: To book your photography session, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures that your selected date and time are exclusively reserved for you. Upon receipt of your deposit, Chris McVade will confirm your booking and lock in your session date and time. Deposit: The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking and must be paid to secure the session date. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable. It covers the initial costs associated with preparing for your session and reserves your spot in Chris McVade’s schedule. Payment: The total fee for your session will be outlined during the booking process. The balance, after the deposit, is due on the day of the session. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Please ensure timely payment to avoid any delays in your session or delivery of images. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact Chris McVade at least 48 hours before your session. We will do our best to accommodate a new date for your session, subject to availability. If a session is canceled by the client, the deposit will not be refunded. However, we value our clients and will consider deposit transfers to a new session date within 6 months of the original date, based on availability. In the unlikely event that Chris McVade must cancel a session, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Final Images: The number of final images delivered will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Chris McVade is committed to providing high-quality, edited photographs within a specified timeframe. Clients will receive access to an online gallery to view and download their images. Details regarding additional purchases, prints, or albums will be provided. Use of Images: Chris McVade reserves the right to use images from sessions for promotional purposes, portfolio, website, or any publication to promote the business, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are encouraged to share their images, crediting Chris McVade as the photographer. Agreement to Terms: By booking a session with Chris McVade, clients agree to the terms outlined in this Booking Policy.
